2 Day Workshop Programme
This exceptional 2-day workshop is more comprehensive in scope covering SELF, LEADERSHIP AND COMPANY. It shows managers and leaders how to get the best out of their people and teams and includes the 25 Competencies of Leadership, EQ – Triggers and Self-Regulation and Company Strategies to retain staff including EVP, Induction and L&D Programmes.
